XOXOdrama currently publishes material selected by its own editorial team and does not offer a user-upload service. This policy provides a route for rights holders to raise a concern; it does not claim DMCA safe-harbor status or that our contact is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Send a notice to Eliška Horáková at dmcaxoxodrama@proton.me, subject “Copyright Notice,” or to XOXO Drama Media s.r.o., Attn: Copyright Agent, U Průhonu 800, 170 00 Praha 7-Holešovice, Czech Republic.
Include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the protected work; the exact URL of the challenged material and enough detail to locate it; your name and suitable contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized representative.
We acknowledge and assess the notice, seek clarification if necessary and act expeditiously where removal or restriction is warranted. We may temporarily restrict content during review. We consider applicable rights, licenses and exceptions; a notice is not an automatic legal determination. We explain the outcome where lawful and practicable. We aim to acknowledge a complete notice within two business days and to complete our review within seven business days; these are service targets, not extensions of legal deadlines, and we tell you if a notice needs more time.
If you believe our decision is wrong, reply with the case reference and your evidence or email “Copyright Review.” Because we do not host user uploads, this is an editorial review process, not a promise of a statutory uploader counter-notice or automatic reinstatement timetable. Mandatory law still applies.
Knowingly material misrepresentations may have legal consequences. If your concern is an unauthorized likeness or intimate image and you are not the copyright owner, use https://xoxodrama.com/report instead; copyright ownership is not required for that safety report.
