You may complain about the Service, our content decisions, treatment of a report or request, accessibility or staff conduct by emailing xoxodramaprivacy@proton.me with “Complaint.” No account or fee is required.
Describe the issue, relevant URL or case reference, the outcome sought and a way to reply. Send only relevant information. Copyright, privacy and urgent safety matters are routed to their dedicated policies; a general complaint does not stop a statutory deadline.
We aim to acknowledge ordinary complaints within two business days and give a substantive reply within seven business days. These are service targets, not extensions of legal deadlines. If the matter needs more time, we explain the next steps and expected timing. Valid intimate-image removal and other urgent matters follow the shorter applicable process.
If dissatisfied, reply with “Complaint Review” or email the same address quoting the case reference. A person not responsible for the original decision will review it where reasonably practicable. Data-protection complaints may also be sent to Adam Král at doxoxodrama@proton.me.
We explain the outcome and any remedy we can offer without exposing another person’s confidential information. We do not penalize a good-faith complaint. Knowingly false, threatening or abusive submissions may be handled proportionately without removing lawful reporting rights.
You remain free to contact competent authorities or courts. The Czech Office for Personal Data Protection handles matters within its remit. Where competent for a consumer dispute, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority offers ADR: https://coi.gov.cz/alternative-dispute-resolution-for-consumer-disputes-adr/. A local consumer or privacy authority may also be available. This process is not mandatory arbitration.
